At KIRIKO Free Spirit, we are committed to creating products in harmony with nature and sustainability.
We use natural materials and work closely with artisans and, at times, dyers to carefully craft each piece by hand.

While we do our best to maintain quality, strictly applying Japanese inspection standards would result in many handmade items being discarded unnecessarily.
Therefore, slight variations in colour, small irregularities, or minor repair marks may be sold as regular products.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
If you are not satisfied with your item, we are happy to offer a return or exchange — please feel free to contact us.

For defective or incorrect items (our responsibility):

• Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
