This is an announcement for a 6-night, 7-day dance retreat from November 20th to November 26th, 2024.

Byron Bay, located at the easternmost point of Australia, is the first place on the Australian continent to be bathed in the morning sun.

This land has been protected as a sacred place by the Banjuram (Aboriginal) people since ancient times.

And since the 1970s, it has made a name for itself as a hub for alternative culture, including surfing and hippie culture.

Byron Bay has now become strongly associated with the image of a luxury resort,

Nevertheless, the natural beauty of this area remains unchanged.

The sea is clear and blue, many dolphins jump out of the water, and from June to November, whales can be seen migrating along the coastline .

Rainforests are dotted with numerous waterholes, and a variety of creatures inhabit the majestic trees.

While experiencing the wonderful nature of Byron Bay,

This retreat will allow you to immerse yourself in alternative local dance culture and experience liberation of mind and body.

The retreat will be guided by KIRIKO, who has lived in Byron Bay (Mallum Bimby) for 15 years.

I believe I can offer guidance based on my deep devotion to ecstatic dance and my everyday life spent in harmony with nature.
