・Pottery is a handmade process, and cracking or breakage can occasionally occur during drying or firing due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your piece cannot be successfully completed, you will be invited to choose one of our handmade mugs as a replacement.

・No-shows on the day of your booking are not eligible for rescheduling.
