My Passion for Cooking!
From the time I was in elementary school, it became my role to cook Saturday lunch for my family.
My mother would always say,
“Your cooking is so delicious! You’re the best chef!”
and praise me with such warmth. Hearing those words filled my heart with joy, and I began experimenting — adding little twists, trying new ideas, and creating new dishes just for the fun of it.
It felt like magic — transforming simple ingredients into something that could make someone smile. In those small moments in the kitchen, I discovered the joy of creation.
Those early experiences still fuel my passion for cooking today.
For me, cooking is more than preparing food. It is an act of love, a form of creative expression, and a way of connecting hearts.
Sharing delicious food and smiling together around the table — to me, that is the most beautiful form of communication.

Cooking for our guest

I love hosting dinner gatherings with friends.
There’s something really special about sharing good food,
seeing everyone smiling,
and enjoying relaxed conversations together.
I like to plan menus around my guests —
sometimes vegan, sometimes pescatarian —
and creating a theme that suits who’s coming
is part of the fun for me.

Outdoor Cooking

Cooking while camping is pure joy.
Under the stars at nightand beneath blue skies during the day,
the location itself becomes the best seasoning
We clean the fish we’ve caught —
the fillets go into the pan,and the meat around the bones goes into rice, bones and all.
Veggies roasted over the campfire need nothing more than salt and pepper.
And in the morning,
my partner always makes jaffles for breakfast —
even when they’re a little burnt, they’re perfect.
In Australia, free public BBQs are everywhere, especially by the beach.
Being able to grab some veggies on a whim
and fire up a BBQ is one of my favourite things about living here.
